摘　　要：该文从华东地区49所乡镇卫生院在20世纪90年代以后仪器配备的购置利用入手,分析仪器设备的投入和产出之间的关系,发现增加乡镇卫生院的医疗仪器设备,并不能有效提高乡镇卫生院收入和效益,建议加强卫生院仪器设备合理配备,并尝试其他的改善自身效益的方法。This paper analyses the outfit and the relationship of input and output of instru-ments owned by49township hospitals located in East China after1990s.The result shows that the high coverage of the instrument can not significantly increase the income of the township hospital.It is demonstrated that the appropriate scales on the instruments and other ways to improve efficiency of equipment should be strengthened.
