摘  要:目的 观察 Coriolis加速度刺激对人体动态姿态平衡功能的影响 ,探索 Coriolis加速度训练对人体空间定向的影响。 方法  18名男性受试者进行了 Coriolis加速度刺激 ,在刺激前和刺激后即刻进行人体动态姿态平衡的感觉整合测试。 结果  Coriolis加速度刺激在不分组情况下 ,对动态姿态平衡的各项指标没有显著影响。将受试者分为运动病敏感组和不敏感组 ,发现运动病敏感组Coriolis刺激后 ,动态姿态平衡综合分有显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 适度的前庭刺激训练对提高运动病敏感者的空间定向适应能力有益。Objective To investigate the effects of Coriolis acceleration stimuli on human dynamic posture equilibrium, so as to explore the influence of Coriolis acceleration stimuli on human space orientation. Methods Eighteen healthy male subjects were exposed to Coriolis acceleration stimuli, and the sensory organization test was performed before and immediately after the stimuli. Results Coriolis acceleration had no significant effect on the scores of sensory organization test of subjects as a whole. When subjects were divided into MS susceptible group and MS non-susceptible group, it was found that after Coriolis acceleration the equilibrium composite scores of susceptibility group increased significantly( P <0.05). Conclusion Appropriate vestibular stimuli training is helpful for enhancement of human space orientation adaptability in the motion sickness susceptible subjects.
