摘  要:用离子交换法在浮法玻璃表层掺杂了不同量的银。研究了不同工艺条件下处理样品的透射光谱、激发光谱及光致发光谱。银胶体粒子在交换的过程中即可形成并使样品着色 ,随热处理温度的升高 ,样品颜色逐渐加深。通过比较不同工艺参数样品的光谱特性 ,分析了玻璃中银的存在状态及其对光致发光性能的影响。在波长为 2 2 8nm及 32 5nm的光激发下 ,玻璃中不同化学状态的银分别在 370 ,395 ,440 ,5 5Silver with different contents was doped in float glass surface layers by ion-exchange process. The transmission, excitation and emission spectra of the samples, which prepared under different technical conditions, were studied. Silver colloids, which stain the samples, can be formed during the process of ion-exchange. The color browns with the heat-treatment temperature increasing. By comparing the optical spectra of these samples, the chemical states of silver in the glass and its influence on photoluminescence (PL) were discussed. When the samples were excited with the light of wavelength 228 nm, the emission bands located 360-400 nm and 430-480 nm, are due to the 3D 1 1S 0 and 1D 2 1S 0 transition in Ag +, respectively. When the samples excited with the light of 325 nm wavelength, (Ag 3) +, Ag +-Ag +, Ag 0-Ag + and (Ag 3) 2+clusters in the glass show luminescence at 370,395, 440, 550 nm. The photoluminecence intensity increases with the emission centers concentration in the glass.
