中药口服、敷脐、坐浴综合治疗慢性前列腺炎46例临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察中药口服、敷脐、坐浴综合治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法　 6 7例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组 46例和对照组 2 1例。治疗组采用中药口服、敷脐、坐浴治疗 ;对照组采用口服氟哌酸加前列康治疗。 2组均 15日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果　总有效率治疗组为 93.48%,对照组为 76 .19%,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　中药口服、敷脐、坐浴治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine administration and demibain combined with external application in umbilical region on chronic prostatitis. Methods 67 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups.46 patients in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine administration and demibain combined with external application in umbilical region ;21 patients in control group were treated by norfloxacin capsules combined with Qianliekang tablets,with a treatment course of 15 days for both groups, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after two treatment courses. Results The total effective rate was 93.48% in treatment group and 76.19% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine administration and demibain combined with external application in umbilical region is effective in treating chronic prostatitis.
