摘 要:目的 调查鉴别我省从化流溪河地区忍冬属的种类 ,为其开发利用提供依据。方法 物种鉴别 ,粉末显微特征鉴定 ,理化鉴别 ,绿原酸含量测定。结果 该地区忍冬属植物共 5种 ,分别是山银花confusaDC .、红腺忍冬hypoglaucaMig .、大花忍冬macranthaSpreng .、长花忍冬longifloraDC .、皱叶忍冬rhytidophyllaHand Mazz .,测出各自有效成分绿原酸的百分含量。结论 红腺忍冬、山银花在该地区野生数量最多 ,绿原酸含量高 ,有良好的开发前景。Objective To investigate and identify the category of Lonicera Japon ica Genus. in Guangdong Conghua Liuxi River district ,providing evidence in de veloping and applying. Methods Distinguished species,distinguis hed powder of microscopy, identified by physical and chemical methods,detected t he content of chlorogenic acid.Results There are five species of Lonicera Japonica plants in Conghua Liuxi River district,they are Lonic era confusa DC.,Lonicera hypoglauca Mig.,Lonicera macrantha Spr eng., Lonicera longiflora DC.,Lonicera rhytidophylla Hand-Mazz., detecting effective composition content of chlorogenic acid. Conclusion Amount of wild Lonicera confusa DC.and Lonicera hypoglauca Mig . is highest , and the effective composition content of chlorogenic acid is high ,they have good developing prospects.
