摘　　要：介绍了保险公估的性质和作用,分析了我国保险公估业的发展现状及存在的问题,从营造保险公估发展的环境、强调保险公估机构的独立性、提高对从业人员的要求、加强对保险公估市场的监督管理等方面提出了促进保险公估业发展的建议。This paper introduces the nature and function of insurance loss assessment, analyses on the developing situation and existing problems of our country's insurance loss assessment, and puts forward some suggestions of promoting the development of insurance loss assessment from aspects of constructing the environment for the development of insurance loss assessment, laying stress on the independence of insurance loss assessment institutions, increasing the requirements for employees, strengthening the supervision and management of insurance loss assessment, etc.
