二味康口服液对放疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫增强作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究二味康口服液 (下简称二味康 )对放疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的增强作用。方法 :采用昆明种小鼠制备艾氏腹水癌模型 ,荷瘤小鼠应用6 0 Co 8Gy剂量 ,分 2次全身照射 ,并协同二味康灌胃治疗 ,观察小鼠免疫功能变化。结果 :放疗后反映小鼠淋巴细胞转化程度的刀豆蛋白A(ConA)、脂多糖 (LPS)刺激指数 (SI)和NK细胞活性均有所下降 ,但放疗加二味康组SI值及NK细胞活性明显高于放疗组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :二味康对放疗后荷瘤小鼠免疫功能有增强作用。Objective:To study the immunoenhancement of erweikang oral solution (EOS) on tumor-bearing mice after radiotherapy. Method:The EAC-cancer model was made with kunming mice. The tumor-bearing mice were treated with radiation (8 Gy) and EOS, and the changes in immunologic function were observed. Results:The stimulation index (SI) of Con A and LPS and the activity of NK cell declined after radiotherapy, but they were much higher in radiotherapy+medicine groups than in radiotherapy groups( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion:EOS can enhance the immunologic function of tumor-bearing mice from destruction by radiation.
