摘　　要：目的 :研究盐酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液对光、热的稳定性。方法 :将样品置于实验条件下 ,于指定时间取出样品 ,观察色泽 ,测定pH、洛美沙星含量 ,进行盐酸洛美沙星有关物质检查。结果 :该品在日光及加热情况下色泽变深 ,日光下pH、含量明显下降 ,室温避光条件下稳定。结论 :该品应贮于阴凉避光处。Objective:To study the stability of lomefloxacin hydrochloride glucose injection exposed to light and hot. Method:The injection was exposed to light and hot. The content of lomefloxacin was determined by UV, glucose was determined by the rotational analysis instrument, and the decompounds were analyzed by TLC. Results:When the injection was exposed to light and hot,its pH, content of lomefloxacin changed, and colour was getting dark. When it was kept at room temperature, its pH,content and colour were stable. Conclusion:The injection should be kept in a cool, dark place.
