摘 要:环氧沥青混凝土是采用热固性环氧树脂改性的沥青混凝土 ,由于其低温松弛模量较大 ,导致温度收缩应力较大。采用固化后的环氧沥青混凝土小梁 ,在MTS810材料试验机上进行弯曲蠕变试验 ,利用数值计算将蠕变柔量转换为松弛模量 ,运用Boltzmann叠加原理分析环氧沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装层的温度应力。研究表明考虑钢板收缩的温度应力比不考虑钢板收缩的降低许多 。Thermal stress of epoxy asphalt concrete, which adopts epoxy asphalt asinder, is greater than that of conventional asphalt concrete. The aim of our study was to determine the thermal stress of steel-deck pavement of epoxy asphalt concrete. The cured beams of epoxy asphalt concrete were tested using MTS-810 by methods of Binding Creep Test, and the gained compliance modulus was transformed into relaxation modulus. Based on the Boltzmann Superposition Principle, the thermal stress of steel-deck pavement of epoxy asphalt concrete was calculated. The results showed that the thermal stress of pavement was much less than that without considering shrink of deck, and two kinds of stress were lower than tensile strength of epoxy asphalt concrete at low temperature.
