织物静电吸灰性能的测试研究

摘　　要：介绍了织物静电产生、逸散的规律 ,分析了织物静电吸灰的力学条件 ,并用自制织物静电吸灰测试装置测试了化学短纤和长丝织物的吸灰性能。The principle of fabric static electrification and dissipation and the mechanical terms of fabric static adsorption are theoretically analyzed in this paper .By means of self-made fabric static dust adsorption tester ,the dust adsorption properties of the fabric made of stable fibre and filament yarn are tested separately .The results show that it possesses good effect of analogizing actuality to use the method of fabric static dust adsorption measurement .
