摘　　要：以双酚A和氯乙醇为原料经Willamson反应制得中间体2,2’-二[对-(β-羟基-乙氧基-)苯基]丙烷,再以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂、以对羟基苯甲醚为阻聚剂在减压条件下通过直接酯化法制备2,2’-二[对-(β-羟基-乙氧基-)苯基]丙烷双甲基丙烯酸酯。对终产物脱色纯化工艺也做了初步的探索。2,2 '-bis-[ p-(β-hydroxy-ethoxy-)phenyl]-propane is prepared though Williamson Reaction by bisphenol A and chlorohydrin, which is applied to further produce 2,2'-bis-[ p-(β-hydroxy-ethoxy-)phenyl]-propane-dimethacrylate with toluene-4-sulfonic acid as the catalyst and 4-methoxy-phenol as the inhibitor under reduced pressure in direct esterifica-tion. The preliminary study is also devoted to the purification of final product.
