摘　　要：安全关系是中美关系中的重要组成部分 ,在很大程度上决定了中美关系的走向。国家安全战略具有稳定性和延续性 ,克林顿政府和布什政府的国家安全战略有不同 ,但没有根本的区别。未来要确保中美关系的稳定发展 ,中国必须建立自己明确的国家安全战略 ,与美国展开同一水平的安全对话 ,明确彼此战略定位 。Security relations are one of the most important constituent parts of Sino U.S.relations,which will have an effect on the further development of relations between the two nations.U.S.national security strategy tends to be stable and there is not much difference between that during the Clinton presidency and that during the Bush presidency.China must establish a clear national security strategy so that the two nations will be able to discuss security issues at the same level.Only by doing this will the two countries be clear about their respective strategies,thus allowing bilateral relations to be more stable.
