摘　　要：目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子α在肥胖的2型糖尿病患者中的作用。方法:用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测肥胖、非肥胖的2型糖尿病患者和健康成人血清中肿瘤坏死因子α的水平。结果 :肥胖的2型糖尿病患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子α的表达水平明显高于非肥胖组与对照组 ,且与体重指数呈明显的正相关 ,与胰岛素敏感性指数呈负相关。结论Objective:To study the effect of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)on obese patients with type2diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:The expressions of TNF-αin the serum of obese and non-obese patients with type2diabetes mellitus and healthy people were tested with enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The expression of TNF-αin obese patients with type2DM was higher than that in non-obese patients with type2DM and healthy people,and it was strongly positive correlative with BMI and negaˉtive with insulin sensitivity index.Conclusion:The TNF-αhas an important effect on obesity-associated inˉsulin resistance.
