摘 要:采用在培养基中加入La2 O3的方法 ,制备得到了镧铬酵母 ,并对其总铬、无机六价铬及有机铬的含量进行了分析 ,结果表明 :镧铬酵母中总铬含量可达到 70 8.3μg g ,有机铬含量可达到 6 39.0 μg g ,是未加La2 O3的铬酵母样品的近 3倍 ;而六价无机铬占总铬的百分含量却由 1.6 0 %降至 0 .72 %。通过紫外光谱和红外光谱分析 ,发现有机铬在 2 6 0nm和 4 78cm- 1 处有特征吸收峰。The contents of total chromium, inorganic chromium(VI) and organic chromium in lanthanum-chromium yeast prepared by adding La2O3 and CrCl3 . 6H(2)O in the culture medium were determined. The results show that the contents of total chromium and organic chromium in the cultured lanthanum-chromium yeast are 708.3 mug/g and 639.0 mug/g respectively, which are three times as that of chromium yeast not adding La2O3 in the culture medium, and the content of inorganic chromium(VI) is lowered from 1.60 % to 0.72 %. It is found there are absorption peaks of organic chromium at 260 nm in ultraviolet spectra and 478 cm(-1) in infrared spectra.
