摘　　要：目的　探讨颈内静脉扩张症的诊断及治疗。方法　 4例颈内静脉扩张症病例 ,采用颈内静脉扩张段切除术。结果　 4例随访 1～ 3年 ,疗效满意。结论　B超为准确可靠而又简单可行的诊断方法 ,无症状者应予保守治疗并随访 。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of patients with rare abnormal veins:the internal jugular phlebectasia.Methods 4 cases of the internal jugular phlebectasia were reported with review of literatures.We analysed the clinical feature,diagnosis and methods of treatment.The dilation segments of internal jugular vein were resected in 4 cases.Result These four patients were treated satisfactorily by operation and were followed up for three years.Conclusions Ultra-sonography is a credible and feasible diagnosis method.Conservative treatment and follow-up should be employed in the patients with internal jugular phlebectasia that is asymptomatic.Dilation segments of internal jugular vein resection is a quite effective operation for the internal jugular phlebectasia.
