灵芝胶囊对药物性肾病模型大鼠的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨灵芝胶囊治疗肾病的效果。方法:采用皮下注射硫酸庆大霉素法造模对雄性大白鼠予以两种不同浓度的灵芝胶囊提取液灌胃治疗,观察该药对大鼠体重、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、肾指数的影响。结果:与正常组相比,模型组动物体重明显下降,肾指数升高,血清总蛋白、白蛋白减少,尿素氮、肌酐含量增加;与模型组相比,灵芝低剂量组、灵芝高剂量组动物体重明显增加,肾指数降低,血清总蛋白、白蛋白增加,尿素氮、肌酐含量减少,且均有显著性差异。结论:灵芝胶囊对肾病模型大鼠的肾功能恢复具有一定效果。Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of Lingzhi capsule on nephrosis.Methods:The animal model of nephrosis was induced by injection of Gentamicin,then treat the male rats by ig with two different concentrations of Lingzhi capsule extraction.Observe the effects on weight,total serum protein,albumin,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and renal index of rats.Results:Lingzhi Capsule can significantly improve the weight of nephrosis rats,lower the renal index,increase the content of total serum protein and albumin,decrease the content of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine.Conclusions:Lingzhi capsule has the effect on restoration of renal function in nephrosis rats.
