Effects of Helium on Behaviour of Irradiation Damage in Fe-Cr-Ni and Fe-Cr-Mn Alloys

摘  要:利用超高压电镜与高能离子加速器连接装置 ,研究了氦 (He)对Fe Cr Ni和Fe Cr Mn两类奥氏体型合金辐照损伤行为的影响。观察了辐照过程中二次点缺陷的演变、空洞的形成以及辐照诱导晶界处溶质元素浓度的变化。实验结果表明 :He能促进两类合金空洞核心的增加 ,但空洞尺寸和密度不同 ;He能有效抑制辐照诱起晶界元素偏析 ,但对不同原子尺寸的溶质原子抑制效果不同。Investigation on the effects of helium on the behaviour of irradiation damage in Fe-Cr-Ni and Fe-Cr-Mn alloys during three kinds of irradiation mod in situ observation was carried out using a super-high voltage electron microscope connected with an ion accelerater. Observation of void formation and irradiation induced grain boundary segregation was performed in alloys.The experimental results indicated that helium can promote the formation of void nucleus,increase void size and void density;effectively suppress the segregation of Cr,Mn on the grain boundaries.However helium weakly suppress the enrichment degree of Ni on the grain boundaries. The cause of differences of irradiation damage behaviour between both alloys is that the helium increases the activation energy for void migration and changes the interaction between the point defects and the solute atoms.
