寿尔智胶囊对老年性痴呆模型小鼠海马神元细胞凋亡及超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察寿尔智胶囊对老年性痴呆模型小鼠海马神经元细胞凋亡及超微结构的影响。方法:采用流式细胞仪以及光镜、电镜对老年性痴呆模型小鼠海马神经元凋亡细胞及超微结构进行观察。结果:寿尔智胶囊可以保护海马神经元,具有抗凋亡作用。结论:寿尔智胶囊有助于老年痴呆的防治,可发挥延缓衰老作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Shou'erzhi capsule on apoptosis and ultrastructure of hippocampus neuron cell in mice with senile dementia.Method: 'The cell-flow device, optical and fluorecent electronic microscope were used to detect the hippocampus neuron cell's apoptosis and changes of uhrastructure. Results: Shou'erzhi capsule could protect hippocampus neuron cell from apoptosis、there was obvious difference between Shou'erzh/group and other groups. Conclusion: Shou'erzhi capsule is helpful for the prevention of senile dementia,which can delay the process of senility.
