广安市乙型肝炎疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫基线调查分析

摘　　要：为了解儿童乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗接种率、首针及时接种率、全程及时接种率及乙肝病毒表面抗原 (HBsAg)携带率 ,以便为乙肝疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫提供本底资料。 2 0 0 2年 5月对广安市 0～ 3岁儿童进行了整群随机抽样调查。结果显示 :调查的 36 0 1人中 ,乙肝疫苗接种率为 6 0 18% ,首针及时接种率为 35 0 5 % ,全程及时接种率为32 80 % ,全程接种率为 5 0 5 4 % ;检出HBsAg阳性者 15 0人 ,携带率为 4 17%。For adopting hepatitis B(HB)vaccine into EPI program,a base line investigation on HB vaccine coverage rate,first dose of timely HB vaccine injection rate,timely full course vaccination rate and the HBsAg carrier rate in 0-3 year old children in Guangan city was carried out in may 2002 by the method of random cluster-sampling.The results showed that in 3601 children investigated,the HB vaccine coverage rate was 60.18%,the timely first dose injection rate was 35.05%,the full course vaccination rate was 50.54% and the timely full course vaccination rate was 32.80%.HBsAg was detected positive in 150 children,the HBsAg carrier rate was 4.17%.The data above were far from the requirements set up by Ministry of Health. Suggestions were put forward for improvement.
