摘　　要：为了解山西省计划免疫冷链设备现状 ,于 2 0 0 1年 5月对全省各级卫生防疫站进行了调查。结果显示 :截止调查时全省装备的 6种主要冷链设备共 4 4 19台 (件 ,下同 ) ,其中前 10年 (1986～ 1995年 )装备 2 4 89台 ,占5 6 3% ;后 6年 (1996～ 2 0 0 1年 )装备 1930台 ,占 4 3 7%。在 4 4 19台中 ,当前正常运转的 1930台 (4 3 7% ) ,尚可使用的 10 5 7台 (2 3 9% ) ,损坏报废的 14 32台 (32 4 % )。为满足当前需要 ,全省尚需增补 1888台 ,其中县、乡两级需增补普通冰箱 10 11台 ,低温冰箱 80 5台 ,疫苗运输车 35辆 ;省、市两级需增补普通冷库 4台 ,低温冷库 10台 ,冷藏车 9辆 ,疫苗运输车 14辆。说明需增补的重点在基层。In order to understand the current conditions of cold chain of EPI in Shanxi Province, investigation was carried out in all epidemic prevention stations of our province in May 2001.The results showed that the total number of six kinds of cold chain equipment was 4419,including those runing normally now,being still workable and out of order,accounting for 43.7%,23.9% and 32.4% respectively.Now, 1888 new cold chain equipments are needed which includes 1851(98%)equipments(including 1011 general refrigerators,805 low temperature refrigerators,35 vaccine transport cars) needed by county and township epidemic prevention stations and 37 equipments(4 common cold storage houses,10 low temperature cold storage houses,9 cold storage trucks and 14 vaccine transport cars) by provincial and city stations.The major units needing cold chain equipment supplementation are epidemic prevention stations of county and township levels.
