青岛大学师范学院教职工心理健康现状分析及干预对策

摘　　要：目的　了解师范学院教职工心理健康水平 ,制定干预对策。方法　采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对 2 2 3名教职工进行了心理测验。结果　师院教职工除躯体化因子分高于全国常模外 ,其余均低 ,且有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。男教工人际关系敏感、敌对、精神病性因子分高于女教工 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。整体观察 40岁以上教职工躯体化问题较多。结论　师范学院教职工的心理健康水平较好 ,须注意对Objective To sutdy state of the psychological health of the Normal College's staff and work out corresponding countermeasure.Methods A psychological test of 223 staff members conducted with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL 90).Results There were significantly different in the factors scare.except the somatization factors are higher than the national norm(P<0.001).The Interpersonal sensitivity,hostility and psychoticism factors of male members on the staff are remarkably higher than the female ones(P<0.05).On the whole,the members over 40 on the staff have more somatization problems.Conclusion The psychological state of the staff of Normal College is comparatively sound.Intervenient measures are required for the psychology of the staff members over 40.
