摘 要:针对国内现有丙烯腈生产装置急冷工艺所存在的缺陷,经热模试验、冷模试验分析研究和工业试验修改验证,开发了一种新的急冷工艺。此工艺具有提高急冷系统内气液传热和传质效率以及降低急冷系统内丙烯腈聚合损失的优点。工业运行结果表明,此新工艺的应用可使整个装置的丙烯腈精制回收率提高4%以上。Existing defects of present quenching tower and process in China's acrylonitrile production plants were analyzed.Based on a series of cold-flow model experiments and real-flow model tests,the existing quenching towers were revamped and consequently a new quenching process was developed.The new quenching system and process improved the efficiency of mass and heat transfer of vapor-liquid quenching system and decreased the loss of acrylonitrile in quenching tower.Industrial practice showed that recovery of acrylonitrile of the whole plant can be increased by more than 4%.
