摘　　要：以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚N-210(Mn=1000)、蓖麻油、扩链剂乙二醇和二乙烯三胺、亲水单体环氧氯丙烷和马来酸酐等为主要原料,通过丙酮法制得稳定的水性聚氨酯乳液(PU)。将PU与乳化剂、水混合后,滴加丙烯酸丁酯溶液,在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发下进行PU/PBA(聚丙烯酸丁酯)种子乳液聚合,合成的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液(PUA)均一稳定,成膜性能良好。运用TEM、DSC等手段对PUA进行表征。A new three-step method for synthesizing waterborne polyurethane- acrylate was studied.Waterborne polyurethane synthesis was the first step,where toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as monomer,was reacted with polyethylene glycol(N210,Mn=1000) ,castor oil ,glycol and diethylene triamine as chain-extenders,and hydrophilic monomers-epoxy chloropropane and maleic anhydride(MAH),in acetone.The second step involved neutralization,dispersion and self-emulsification in water.The last step was seed emulsion polymerization of PU and butyl acrylate(BA).In this step,anionic polyurethane emulsion and surfactant agent were used as seeds with 2,2-AZO-bis-iso-butyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator.Emulsion of PUA was stable and its latex was good in film forming.TEM and DSC were used to demonstrate characteristics of PUA emulsion.
