摘 要:通过对国产 30 0MW调峰汽轮机组转子在典型工况下起动过程中热力耦合场进行非线性数值分析和模拟计算 ,得出该机组起动过程中转子的应力和温度场分布 ,并运用连续损伤模型对汽轮机转子进行了低周疲劳损伤分析。考虑到多轴应力的影响 ,得出转子的损伤演化方程 ,评估了转子的剩余寿命。Through nonlinear numerical analysis and simulated calculation of the heat-stress coupled field for home-made 300MW peak-reguling steam turbine's rotor under typical starting-up operation, the stress and temperature fields' distribution on the rotor of said steam turbine during the course of starting-up has been obtained, and the low cycle fatigue damage of the said turbine having been analysed by using continuous damage model. Taking the effects of muti-axial stress into account, the damage evolvement equation has been obtained, and the residual service-life of the said rotor being evaluated, providing a certain theoritical basis for the on-line monitoring and service-life management of steam turbine unit, and an operational proposal for its application in engineering.
