浅低温心脏跳动中行重症心脏瓣膜病瓣膜置换术分析

摘　　要：目的 :总结浅低温心脏跳动中重症心脏瓣膜病瓣膜置换术的治疗体会。方法 :回顾分析 2 7例重症心脏瓣膜病病人在浅低温心脏跳动中行瓣膜置换术 ,其中二尖瓣置换 2 3例 ,二尖瓣和主动脉瓣双瓣置换 4例 ,换瓣时采用连续缝合 ;12例保留二尖瓣装置 ,2 5例同时行三尖瓣成形。结果 :全组无手术死亡 ,无严重低心排及心律失常 ;术后 6个月复查心功能明显改善。结论 :浅低温心脏跳动中行瓣膜置换术 ,有利于心肌保护 。Objective:To sum up the the experience from the heart surgery of valve replacement of patients with valve heart diseases of high risk under conditions of mild hypothermica and beating heart Methods:The technique used on the 27 patients with valve heart diseases of high risk were reviewed.Bicuspid valve replacement was performed in 23 patients;bicuspid valve and aortic valve replacement was performed in 4 patients,by continuous sewing up while operation;bicuspid valve device was retained for 12 patients;and tricuspid valve replacement was performed in 25 patients Results:No low cardiac output or severe arthyhmia was found;no patient died.And the function of hearts of the patients has been found improved a lot after 6 months of the replacement Conclusion:The technique has turned out to be more beneficial to myocardial protection.It has been proved a good effect in treating patients with valve heart disease of high risk
