摘　　要：乳化沥青下封层作为高等级路面的一种特殊结构层,施工工艺主要采用石屑下封和稀浆封层技术。只有不断探索和总结施工经验,研究施工规范,严格控制原材料质量,加强质量标准的检验评定,工程质量才能得到保证。The seal coat by emulsifying asphaltum oil is a special construction level in high grade road.The main construction technology adopts a technology of gelet seal coat of underlayer and slurry seal coat.If we want to ensure the quality of construction,we should do all of these works such as:keeping on researching and summing up the experiences during construction,study the regulations,controlling the quality of material and reinforcing the test evaluation.
