摘　　要：目的 :建立HPLC法测定归附口服液中芍药苷的含量。方法 :固定相为C18ODS柱 ;流动相为甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 ) ;检测波长 2 30nm。结果 :芍药苷对照品线性关系好 ,r =0 .9999,样品平均回收率为 98.9% ,RSD =0 .4 %。结论 :本法简便、准确、可靠 ,可用于该产品的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method of HPLC for determination of paeoniflorin in Guifu oral liquid. Method: C 18ODS column was usd, the methanol-water(25∶75) was used as the mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was at 230 nm. Result: The linear relation of paeoniflorin was good, r= 0.999 9, and the average recovery was 98.9% with RSD= 0.4%?Conclusion: the method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can be used as a method for determination of this product.
