摘　　要：广东省人民医院收治“非典”病人后,十分重视院内感染的控制,及时建立了监控管理组织,进行全员培训,提高了各级各类人员对非典的认识,并制定了控制非典传播和感染的对策,集中收治病人,严格诊断标准,普遍预防与重点预防结合、加强重点环节管理,调整医护人员工作强度,达到了两个零的成效:无一位医务人员在医院内感染,无一例非典患者死亡。After SARS patients were admitted to Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, high attention was paid to controlling in-hospital infectivity. Organization to supervise and manage this regard was established timely, all staff members were trained, as a result, the understanding of SARS was enhanced among various staff at various levels, and the policies towards controlling SARS spread and infectivity were worked out: to admit patients in a concentrated way, to work out strict standards for diagnosis, to combine general prevention with key prevention, to intensify management to key links, to adjust working intensity of health care workers, as a result, two zero were achieved: zero health care worker was infected with SARS, zero SARS patient died.
