摘　　要：医院感染科SARS流行期间发挥如下作用:为医院重新布局出谋划策;拟定本院规章制度;配合有关部门调查、检查、指导、纠正、落实;医护人员防护监督;消毒实施与指导;废弃物及污水管理等。The roles of department of in - hospital infection management during SARS spreading are as the follows: to make suggestions for rearrangement in hospital; to work out the regulations for hospital; together with other sectors concerned, to investigate, examine, guide, correct and implement; to supervise protection for physicians and nurses; to practice disinfections and guiding; to manage rejected objects and polluted water etc. .
