海南省东方市恶性疟原虫对氯喹敏感性的体外检测

摘　　要：目的　检测海南省东方市东方地区恶性疟原虫对氯喹的敏感性。方法　采用WHO标准的体外微量法。结果　 1 986～ 1 987年和 1 999～ 2 0 0 1年 ,分别检测恶性疟患者 1 0 2例和 1 0 1例 ,抗性率为 6 3 73%和 71 2 9%。IC50 分别为 1 0 8和 1 1 0pmol/ μl血 ,平均完全抑制裂殖体形成的药物浓度为 6 1 9和 5 5 7pmol/ μl血。Objective To examine the sensitivity of Plasmodium falciparum to chloroquine. Methods WHO standard micro test and in vitro test were used. Results Survey in 1986～1987 and 1999～2001 showed that the chloroquine resistant rate of P. falciparum were 63 73% and 71 29% with the IC 50 of 1 08pmol/μl and 1 10pmol/μl respectively. The mean concentration for complete inhibition of schizont formation were 6 19pmol/μl and 5 57pmol/μl in 1986～1987 and 1999～2001 respectively. Conclusion The resistance to chloroquine of P.falciparum was serious in Dongfang city in Hainan province.
