布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗肺炎型哮喘的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探索布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童肺炎型哮喘的临床疗效。方法　随机将 6 0例肺炎型哮喘患儿分为两组 ,在综合治疗的基础上 ,观察组 30例 ,给予布地奈德混悬液 ,加用沙丁胺醇、溴化异丙托品雾化液吸入治疗 ;对照组 30例 ,给予口服强的松片 ,加用沙丁胺醇、溴化异丙托品雾化液吸入治疗。观察用药后患儿症状体征 (呼吸困难、咳嗽、喘息、肺部喘鸣音及湿音 )改善情况、消失天数及全身激素 (静脉和口服 )应用天数。结果　用药后观察组患儿临床症状体征改善分数明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;观察组临床症状消失天数及全身激素应用天数明显短于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童肺炎型哮喘临床疗效肯定 ,可缩短病程 。Objective To investigate the efficacy of atomized Budesonnide suspension in the treatment of children with pneumonic asthma.Methods 60 pneumonic asthmatic children with routine therapy were randomly divided into two groups. For the Budesonide group, the asthmatic children inhaled Budesonide suspension; while the control group was administrated with prednisone tablet. We observed the improvement of the symptoms and signs (dyspnoea, cough, gasp, wheeze, crackles) of the respiratory system, days for the relief of symptoms and signs and days of administrated with systematic hormone.Result The degree of the improvement in the patients′ symptoms and signs in the Budesonide group was more evident than in the control group ( P <0 05). The days for the relief of symptoms and signs and the administration with systematic hormone in the Budesonide group were shorter than in the control group( P <0 05). Conclusion Inhaling with Budesonide suspension is an efficacious cure of pneumonic asthma. It shortened the time for the relieving from the symptoms and reduced the use of systematic hormone.
