摘 要:提出了一种在抛石堤基快速有效成孔的施工方法,分析研究了大孔隙抛石体内灌浆材料的配合比,利用海河河口清淤弃土和天津军粮城电厂湿排粉煤灰作为稳定浆液的掺合料,变废为宝,节约了水泥,对施工机具进行了改造,对工程造价进行总结分析,并对应用于海河干流治理工程抛石堤基钻孔灌浆防渗处理效果做出评价。A fast and effective method of borehole grouting for the treatment of the dumped riprap levee foundation is presented. The mixture ratio of the grouting materials for the bigpore dumped riprap is studied. The dredged material from the Haihe River outlet and the wet discharging flyash of the Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Plant are utilized as the additives of steady slurry,thus the waste materials are changed into the useful things and the consumption of cement is economized. The construction machinery is modified to fit the practical situation. The engineering cost is also analyzed. The effectiveness of the antiseepage treatment by borehole grouting is tested,and the design requirement is fulfilled.
