建筑扩建加固工程施工设计方案

摘　　要：在原建筑结构基础上进行扩建,其方案选择尤为重要,为了保障扩建加固工程的质量和安全,研究采用分步破除法,并根据具体情况采用不同的破除机械设备,与原结构体加固连接时,采用结构胶植筋、纵柱筋及预应力柱筋等交错布置方法。实践证明,经扩建加固后的宾馆会议中心工程,新旧混凝土结合良好,表面无裂缝、无渗漏现象,达到工程质量标准要求,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。Selection of the construction plan is very important when the original building is extended. Here presented is an extending and strengthening project of a Guesthouse Meeting Center. In order to ensure the quality and safety of the construction,the method of exploding step by step is adopted,and different exploding machines are used based on concrete situations. The connection with the original framework is achieved through the structure gluewater planting rebars,the interlacing collocation of lengthways pillar rebars and the prestressed pillar rebars. The new and old concrete can combine well,and no crack and leakage appears on the surface,so the requirement of the engineering quality standard is met,and good economic benefit is made.
