摘  要:介绍了研制的一种方便汤料压块成型机原理和主要参数确定。该机的关键部件是加压部分 ,通过研究汤料加压时的粘弹性物料特性和曲柄滑块机构的动力学特性 ,设计了一种可调加压位置和预紧力的弹性冲孔压头 ,满足了成型要求。Instant noodles are very popular, however, there are few instant soups appearing in the markets. As a kind of commodity, instant soups could be pressed into lumps. Here we introduce a machine that could automatically feed the raw materials, press them into lumps and convey the end products out. On the basis of the experiments and analysis of the property of the materials and specific characters of dynamics of crank slide lump mechanism, the parameters of the mechanism were determined and a spring press was manufactured, with which the key technical problem of the machine was solved. In the key parts of the machine two adjusting functions were designed, which made the machine meet various kind of raw materials and press out different thickness of the lumps. After being tested the machine could fill completely the demands of the manufacture.
