摘  要:介绍影响系数法实现旋转机械整机动平衡的原理 ,围绕如何提取不平衡振动的幅值与相位详细讨论用单片机技术实现现场智能整机动平衡仪的软、硬件设计。用开发的仪器在现场对风机进行了动平衡试验 ,使风机的振动从 4 .3m m / s降至 0 .3mm / s,取得了令人满意的效果。实践说明仪器的设计原理和方案是正确可行的 ,仪器在农机生产和维修中具有良好的应用前景。The principle of the influencing coefficient method for whole machine spot balancing of a rotatory machinery was introduced. Focused on the acquisitions of the amplitude and phase of the imbalanced vibration, the design of the intellectual instrument embedded with a microcontroller for whole machine spot balancing was discussed in detail. With the developed instrument, a balancing experiment on an air blower was conducted and it made the vibration of the air blower drop from 4 3 mm/s to 0 3 mm/s. The experimental result indicated that the principle of the instrument was correct and feasible and the instrument had a good prospects in the manufacture and maintenance of agricultural machinery.
