摘　　要：根据钢管生产线精整区各工序的要求以及目前使用的升降旋转辊存在的弊病 ,设计了一种新型的钢管接翻旋转辊装置。阐述了该装置的设计结构、工作原理及其在钢管精整区的应用。According to the requirements of all process in steel pipe inspection area and at present existed problems of applied up-down rotation roller.The new pipe holding-turning over rotation roller equipments was designed.It explains the equipment design structure, Theory and its application in pipe inspection areas.
