摘　　要：煤泥水输送管道原设计为螺旋焊管 ,而订货时误订为钢板卷制的对接焊管 ,且焊缝质量达不到技术要求 ,因此对其采取加强措施 ,以满足使用强度要求。斜支撑的增加 ,大大地改善了对接焊管的受力状况。使用 2a ,未发现任何变形。First,the weldineg trachea was used in the design,b ut the bad buyer,back-order the axmor plate which used on rolling welded-pipe.Furth cr more,welding line can't reach the require of technology.So,in order to conten t the intensity,We adopt the strengthen step to it,Thnrugh adding the inclining- support,greatly improve the froce status of welded-pipe.we haven't find any abno rmity phenomena of distortion and dilapidation in two years.
