摘　　要：针对卷筒出现开焊、裂纹问题 ,对卷筒筒壳应力变化情况进行了测试 ,获得筒壳应力随钢丝绳缠绕位置而变化的规律 ,确定出危险段 。In connection with the problem of bond open and bre ad crack,this paper deals with the variation of the stress of shell,acquiring the law of variation of the variation location of the wire steel wound determining t he dangerous section,presenting the reference data for designing and maintenance .
