摘　　要：主要对未定系统误差的评估及合成方法进行详细地研究 ,分析了未定系统误差的来源、性质、服从的概率分布、消除及减小方法和合成方法 ,掌握该评估及合成方法 。The detailed study on the evaluating and composing method of the uncertainty system error is present.The source,character, o bedient probability distributing of the uncertainty system error and the method of eliminating,minishing,composing are analyzed.It can help to analyze exactly and improve the precision of the instrument by mastering method.
