摘 要:为提高机床制造企业对市场的响应能力和设计制造能力,共享产品开发的经验和资源,必须采用异地设计制造和协同工作等技术,因此,如何在网络环境下进行图形数据的发布、浏览、共享是工程实践中尤其是协同设计中迫切需要解决的问题;本文在对协同浏览关键技术进行分析研究的基础上,设计并开发了异地协同机床设计中基于Web的协同显示组件系统,在该系统中多个协同用户可以同时浏览同一机床组件,进行协同讨论,并进一步进行协同设计工作,理论分析和应用实践证明该组件系统方案是可行的。Technology of collaborative design and manufacture must be adopted to improve the cap-ability of the machine tool enterprise's response to market and to share experience andresources of product development with each other, and how to release and share graphicaldata in the environment of network is an impendent problem to be solved in engineeringand especially in collaborative design. The pivotal technology of collaborative viewing isanalyzed, and a kind of web-based collaborative visualization system is developed for thecollaborative design of machine tool in the paper. Theoretical analysis and applied practiceindicate that the method of web-based collaborative visualization is feasible and the soft-ware system of web-based collaborative visualization performs well.
