摘　　要：以陕西某地煤系高岭土为试样 ,研究了煅烧过程中煅烧温度、煅烧时间、添加剂用量对白度的影响。在 10 0 0℃煅烧 2h并添加 3%的锯木屑和NaCl作增白剂 ,试样煅烧白度达到了 90 %。探讨了添加剂的增白机理 ,分析了煅烧产品的结构及性能。The effect of calcining temperature, calcining time and additive dosage on kaolin's whiteness is investigated using a certain place's coal-series kaolin of Shanxi as the test sample. The test sample is calcined for 2 h at 1 000 ℃, using 3% saw dust and NaCl as whitener, achieving a whiteness of 90%. The author discusses whitening mechanism of the additives and analyses the structure and properties of the calcined products.
