摘　　要：结合开发研制军用异型外翅片管的生产实践 ,系统介绍了生产过程及工艺参数 ,重点突出了熔炼、铸锭过程中的除气。The production process and technical parameters are introduced systematically combining with the production practice of developing military cpecial shape external finned pipe in the article. It put emphasis on the requirements of degassing,slag removal and refining during melting and casting, and the cautions and experiments during designing the die.
