摘　　要：首先将PROMETHEE法引入建设项目方案环境影响评价 ,并用梯形模糊数的概念对其进行改进 ,综合考虑项目决策中方案的弱优先性、不可比性、模糊性等特点 ,使提出的方法更好地代表了决策的真实环境 ,对使用者兼具适应性强。we first introduce the PROMEHHEE algorithm into the environmental assessment of construction project, then use the concept of trapezoidal fuzzy number to modify the PROMEHHEE algorithm. Taking into account the weak preference and incomparability and unclear future of the project decision making, the modified method well represent the reality of the decision situation, and thus bring together both flexibility and simplicity to the decision makers.
