摘  要:流线型列车头部端盖自动开闭机构可通过绕定轴转动形式或平面运动形式来实现。采用绕定轴转动形式结构简单,设计、制造和安装容易,但要求有较大的安装空间。采用平面运动形式结构相对复杂,但降低了对安装空间的要求。因此,对不同的流线型车头,应根据车钩位置、端盖尺寸和车头内部安装空间大小选择合适的机构运动形式。根据机械设计的一般性原则,分析了减小端盖长度和宽度、加大安装空间尺寸对开闭机构设计的影响。结果表明,定轴转动形式开闭机构对列车头部长度和车钩中心线距端板距离有较严格的要求,适用于新型高速列车,而平面运动形式的开闭机构适用于各种普通流线型列车。The automatic opening/closing mechanism of the cover of streamlined train head can be moved by either rotating around a fixed axis or moving on a plane. The first type of mechanism, a simple structure, is easy to design, manufacture and mount, but asks for a greater mounting space. The second type of mechanism has a complicated structure design but a smaller demand for space. For different heads, appropriate mechanism type should be chosen according to the location of the coupler, the cover dimensions and the available space. The paper analyzes the effects on the mechanism by shortening the length and width of the cover or increasing the mounting space on the basis of the general principle of mechanism design. The paper concludes that the fixed rotating type opening/closing mechanism has a rigorous demand for the head′s length and the distance between coupler center and endplate and so is suitable for new high speed trains while the plane moving type only suitable for various kinds of ordinary streamlined trains.
