摘　　要：TBM刀具是关系TBM掘进速率的基本要素。通过对刀具工作条件的分析和研究,指出刀具寿命与岩石完整性及其在刀盘的位置相关;提出关于整刀及其刀圈、刀体、刀轴、托架、轴承、油封等部件选材、热处理和加工精度的技术指标要求以及相应试验方法和原则;最终以刀位系数作为刀具评价标准,选取优良刀具进行现场试验。Cutter is the key factor that affects TBM′s boring speed. The paper, based on the study and analysis on the working conditions of the cutter, points out that the service life of the cutter is related to the completeness of the rock and its position on the disc. It also puts forward the technical requirement on the materials, heat treatment, and processing accuracy, as well as the corresponding test methods and principles for complete cutting tool and the cuter ring, cutter body, cutting bar, bracket, bearing, Orings, etc. Finally, it is decided to take the cutter position as the evaluation criteria and superior cutters are selected for site test. Engineering practice and tests indicated that the service life and all the technical performance of the home made complete cutting tool and all the parts can satisfy the requirement of construction. 
