摘　　要：采用硅胶吸附柱色谱的手段 ,从南葶苈子中分离得到一个化合物 ,利用理化和谱学 (NMR ,ESI MS)分析的方法 ,确定其结构为槲皮素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 (1→ 6) β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin 7 O β D glucopyranosyl(1→ 6) β D glucopyranoside) ,该化合物的结构未见文献报道 ,为新化合物。A compound from the seeds of Descurania sophia (L.)Webb.ex Prantl was isolated by the column chromatography on silica gel and elucidated as quercetin-7- O - β - D -glucopyranosyl(1→6)- β - D -glucopyranoside by the physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic methods(NMR,ESI-MS).This is a new compound.
