摘  要:气相色谱法测定溶剂与聚合物材料之间的相互关系是一个快速、准确、方便的方法,为此利用气相色谱法测定了小分子溶剂在不同交联剂含量的交联硅橡胶中的无限稀释扩散系数,并研究了交联剂用量对无限稀释扩散系数的影响,这为研究交联硅橡胶特性提供了新方法。Gas chromatography is a new, fast, exact and convenient technique to study the relations between small molecule solvents and polymer materials. Therefore by gas chromatography the infinite dilution diffusion coefficients of small molecule solvents in the silicon rubbers with different cross linker content were measured and how the cross linker content affects infinite dilution diffusion coefficient was studied. The cross-linked silicon rubber was synthesized with silicon rubber, cross linker and catalyst in n-heptane solvent. Then the cross-linked silicon rubber was made as stationary phase in gas chromatography and small molecule solvents were made as mobile phase. Equilibrium was measured to get the infinite dilution diffusion coefficient. The interdependence of infinite dilution diffusion coefficient of small molecule solvent in the cross-linked silicon rubbers and temperature accords with Arrhenius equation well. When the content of the cross linker increases, the infinite dilution diffusion coefficient of solvents descends. This work gives a new method to study the characteristics of the cross-linked silicon rubber.
