摘 要:制备了一系列负载SO42- / ZrO2 -HZSM-5的超强酸催化剂,并用TG、XRD等手段对催化剂的结构和热行为进行了表征,使用Hammett指示剂、吡啶吸附红外光谱等方法测试了催化剂酸性。结果表明, HZSM-5对催化剂的酸性和结构具有调变作用。 利用所制备的催化剂对假性紫罗兰酮催化环化反应制b-紫罗兰酮的催化活性进行了研究, 假性紫罗兰酮转化率可达54.4%, 对应的b-紫罗兰酮的选择性为76%。A novel solid superacid catalysts of the HZSM-5 supported SO42-/ZrO2 (SZ) were prepared. TG and XRD technique were employed to study the thermal properties and the structure of the prepared catalysts. The superacidity was studied by IR spectrum of the absorbed pyridine and Hammett indicator method, respectively. Results show that good acid properties are successfully achieved. It can be seen that the ingredient of the catalysts is relevant to the sulfur content, and the introduction of the zeolite of HZSM-5 can retain more sulfur. At last, catalytic cyclization of pseudoionone to prepare b-ionone by using solid superacid catalyst SO42-/ZrO2-HZSM-5 were carried out. The conversion of 54.4% for pseudoionone and the selectivity of 76% for b-ionone were obtained.
