摘  要:探讨了以多孔SiO2为载体的含银无机抗菌剂的制备工艺和灭菌性能.采用模板法合成小粒度的多孔SiO2粉为原料,或添加粘接剂烧结的成型体,在减压(0.02~0.04MPa)下用5%的硝酸银溶液浸渍0.5~1.0h,于360℃煅烧还原,制得的无机抗菌剂具有20mg·g-1的载银量.样品的抑菌环宽度和灭菌率测试表明该抗菌剂对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌有良好的抑制生长和灭菌作用,在水中浸泡96h后有99%的灭菌率,重复使用3次后灭菌率可保持在75%.Ag-carrying porous SiO2 as a new kind of inorganic antibacterial materials was prepared. Some factors affecting the Ag-carrying amount of antibacterial materials based on the carrier of porous SiO2 were investigated and optimized in this paper. It was found that the small particles used as the raw materials, the specimen shaped directly from the precursor of porous SiO2 without removing its surfactant template, the negative pressure and long time dipping porous carrier in the silver nitrate solution have positive effects on the silver coating. The chosen process was to dip the carrier made of porous SiO2 powder in 5%(wt) AgNO3 solution for 0.5 ~1.0h under the pressure of 0.02~0.04MPa in the experiments. The prepared products have a silver content of about 20mgg-1, higher than that of Ag-carrying coral reef granule. The experiments measuring the width of antibacterial “halo” and bactericide ratio showed that this kind of materials can effectively restrain growth of Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. After immersed in the water for 96h it keeps a bactericide ratio of 99%. When it was repeatedly used for 3 times, its bactericide ratio is 75%.
