摘  要:埋弧自动焊目前在国内主要运用于海拔不高的平原地区,在高海拔地区运用该技术属于一个新课题。西藏金河电站处在3200m的高海拔地区,采用压力钢管引水,考虑到成品钢管运输的难度,压力钢管制作在现场完成。在压力钢管的制作中,钢管的焊接运用了埋弧自动焊技术,经过反复的摸索,取得了较好的焊接效果,并且总结出了一些适合高原地区的埋弧自动焊的经验。The submerged automatic welding is mainly used in the plain area with low elevation in China at present. How to apply this technique to the tableland with high elevation is a new subject to be tackled. The Jinhe hydropower station in Tibet, which uses penstock to divert water, stands in the tableland with the elevation of 3200 m. Because it's very difficult to transport the penstock product, the penstocks were made in the site by using submerged automatic welding technique. Based on a lot of practices, we have grasped the technique of submerged automatic welding used in the tableland with high elevation and got some experience.
